we proudly offer a diverse menu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner—featuring something to satisfy every appetite, including fresh, seasonal specialties inspired by the bounty of the Pacific Northwest.

Our batters are made from scratch and blended by hand using only the finest ingredients—because great pancakes and waffles start with real care. We also make our own jams, compotes, and syrups in-house to take those breakfast favorites to the next level.

Looking for something hearty? Our pulled pork—slow-cooked —and our fresh Tom turkeys are roasted daily to perfection. We use only fresh, never frozen or dehydrated potatoes for our mashed potatoes, baked potatoes, and crispy hash browns.

From homemade soups and gravies to hand-prepared sauces, everything is made fresh each day, just like we’ve always done.

Nothing beats the taste and nutritional value of fresh ingredients. That’s why we proudly serve wild-caught Pacific seafood and the finest fruits, vegetables, and hazelnuts from the Willamette Valley—grown just a few miles from our kitchen.
