All of our batters are made from scratch, and all are carefully prepared and blended by hand, using only the finest ingredients. We make homemade jams, compotes, and syrups.

Grandma sure knew how to bake! And we follow her homemade from scratch recipes. Delightful cakes, delicious cheesecakes, and mouth watering pies.

For the past 52 years we have taken full advantage of what the Pacific Northwest has to offer! From Breakfast to Dessert, taste the difference of fresh local quality ingredients. Willamatte Valley farms provide us with fresh fruits, vegtables, and hazelnuts. Dine on Yaquina Bay oysters and fresh seafood from the Pacific Ocean.
Family summer vacations are planned around our seasonal fresh fruit pies. Tender flaky crusts filled with straight off the vine Willamette Valley marionberries, blueberries, and raspberries, topped with a light glaze and real homemade whipped cream.
